The Faculty Senate meets once each month, August through April. Meetings are usually on the third Tuesday of the month at 3:30 pm. In months when holiday schedules interfere (eg., December, sometimes November and March), the Senate meets on the second Tuesday. The meeting place varies; during the 2014-15 academic year the Senate will meet in room 110 AIME.
The Senate Steering Committee meets every month of the year, including the summer, generally on the second Tuesday of the month (or one week before the full Senate meeting in months when the latter is changed). Meetings begin at 3:00 pm; in 2014-15 the Steering Committee will meet in 213 AIME.
