Following several disturbing campus incidents at the beginning of the fall semester 2013, the Faculty Senate charged a special task force consisting on faculty, administrators and students to investigate and suggest reforms to Student Government elections, campus diversity, and fraternity and sorority diversity.

Three reports were submitted to and adopted by the Faculty Senate in Fall 2014, and an addendum to Report 1 and a new Report 4 in Fall 2015.
